Job Overview And Responsibility

We are currently searching for a Business Analyst to help support the establishment of our fintech product and its operations in Vietnam. This opportunity will insure a fast paced, highly rewarding and challenging career. The successful candidate will require a detailed mindset, big picture thinking, relationship building and excellent communication skills.

1. The Business Analyst leverages technology and acts as a bridge between business and operation aspects of the company.

2. The Business analyst helps the company by analyzing the business processes of the company, processing relevant data to generate actionable insights and then building tools for business process enhancements. This can include the following (but not limited to):

a. Creating ad-hoc report and analysis to aid top management decision making.

b. Optimizing process flows.

c. Creating simple automation tools to eliminate tasks and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree with GPA minimum 3.0, preferably in quantitative subject (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics).

2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Business Analyst or MIS analyst (in financial sector preferably).

3. English proficiency is a must.

4. Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel are required. In addition, mastery in other database management software will be highly appreciated.

5. Strong technical skills as well as good understanding of business processes.

6. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Interviewing Process

• 3 Rounds: Interview with Chief Data Scientist, Test (3-day round), Country Manager
