Our Client is a company specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Business Development Director position.

• Reporting to: Deputy CEO
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Overview And Responsibility

• Develop collaborative business models, business plans, and product/service expansion strategies in Tourism, Hospitality, Healthcare, Agricultural Development, and Sports & Entertainment,… field.
• Formulate business proposals including financial analysis, risk assessment, opportunities, and strategically aligned feasibility studies.
• Research and innovate new products and services in the field of Tourism.
• Initiate and execute Agricultural programs in alignment with project objectives, fostering business partnerships.
• Define development models for forest-dependent communities based on resource management rules within the project’s regional geography.
• Execute tasks efficiently as delegated by superiors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in relevant major.
• Possess 05 years of experience in the related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading technical English, applying English for research and communication.
• Exhibit a grasp of information technology, machinery, and diverse tourism markets.
• Showcase project management abilities to effectively oversee and implement successful business endeavors.
• Possess the capacity to analyze and resolve intricate issues.
