With our cloud­-based doctor booking platform, user-­friendly features such as telemedicine and 24/7 chat, and home delivery of medicine and other healthcare goods, our mission is to take the stress out of healthcare.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work closely with the Chief Product Officer at Company. Company Product Team manages all development and design teams building and maintaining features on Company app and web platforms for doctors and patients. The BI will be responsible for building dashboards and exporting analytics, basic translations, administrative tasks on product management software, and working closely with team members to help ensure features are deployed correctly and on time.

MAIN TASKS

• Build business intelligence dashboards and export easy-­to-­read reports and analytics
• Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to create, translate, and organize documents including website translations, product requirements, etc.
• Help communicate with B2B product partners such as shipping companies, payment portals, to obtain product and operations requirements etc.
• Work with administrative tools including Jira, Google Drive, etc. to help monitor projects & team members
• Work closely with team members to communicate and handle tasks on behalf of Chief Product Officer

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication skills in basic English, exceptional writing and editing skills in Vietnamese
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Ability to maintain keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure
• Graduation from an accredited 4-­year university

Prefer if candidate have

• Experience working as an Automation Tester / Coding is a plus
• Familiarity with Metabase or Tableau is a plus
• Studying abroad experience is a plus
