Job Overview And Responsibility

• The Engineer Manager is responsible for managing an organization of several development squads.
• Build self-­organized, highly engaged and performant development teams.
• Provide agile best practices for continuously delivering value to customers.
• Coach development teams in applying Scrum and DevOps Manage the employee career development.
• Collaborate across functions including areas outside of Tech.
• Drive and facilitate organizational changes Align development processes across the teams.
• Encourage cross­-team collaboration.
• Build a team culture of measured, continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on delivery roadmaps with Product Owners, Tech Leads to ensure the teams have clear directions and priorities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in managing software development teams
• Experience working with international clients and on/offshore working model
• Strong knowledge in software engineering processes
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent problem solving & communication skills Excellent customer and internal team relationship building skills
• Strong work ethic, self­-motivation, dedication, and commitment
• Experience in a management position in an international software company, with at least 5 years of experience in managing software development teams
