Job Overview And Responsibility
Main objectives:
- Carry out sales volume and profit tasks as well as those concerning the market share, according to the strategies and business plan of the HO
- Develop the new network of distributors, monitoring their KPI
- Implement Corporation’s marketing plan
- Build a competent capable team
Perform planning
- Understand and follow sales and marketing strategy formulated by the Head Office; develop a business plan to regularly attain Company’s sales, profit and market share goals as well as to improve competitive ability.
- Coordination, planning and reporting direct subordinates to accomplish assigned tasks
Sales, clients
- Improve sales channels (availability of product), strategies and methods of client management by personal involvement and direct subordinate/-s’ inclusion
- Increase the number of active clients (ACB)/ develop the network of distributors (client funnel, win-back, increase of “longevity” for the existing ones). Improve Leaders’ performance by supporting their qualification goals Personal responsibility for recruitment of new Leaders from other distribution companies (“group recruitment”)
Product
- Ensure efficiency of Business Support Programs. Control relevance of “company business” product to the country market, competitive ability of the marketing plan
- Develop and implement effective local motivating programs
- Develop Event concepts, implement series of Events in the country, ensure their efficiency
- Adjust the training system in the company to the market, ensure its efficiency
- Control completeness of product range in the country. Show effective performance of bringing new products to the country market
- Provide business data for the network of distributors
- Support the quality and relevance of business data to the market needs
- Sustain Company image in the country, maintain relations with government authorities, etc.
- Maintain client care standards
Market
- Provide relevant and complete market information: on competitor distribution companies, their products
- Ensure conveying timely and competent information on factors affecting sales forecast - market information (political, economic, cultural factors)
Business processes
- Perform budgeting, financial planning, book-keeping, management accounting, economic analysis
- Effectively cooperate with HO departments concerning key business processes of the Company and related tasks
- Exercise effective sales management (develop MLM strategies)
- Provide competent and timely forecasting, planning, sales and stock market analyzing
- Set up a pool of reliable consultants for the Company (auditors, translators, etc.)
- Ensure proper document management
- Arrange effective logistics inside the country
- Provide complete and correct client information
Security
- Ensure economic, information, legal security, etc. enterprise security in the country. Control conformity of the CSCs performance to country’s laws, bear responsibility for intentional disregard for the laws
- Guarantee security of the business irrespective of staff’s actions
- Provide security of the staff in Representative office and CSCs
Team
- Build and improve (by recruiting, onboarding, evaluating, motivating staff members).
- Set goals, monitor KPI.
- Keep up team spirit, develop corporate values.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Experience in MLM Sale Director)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of MLM sale techniques and best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting network relationships
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- New building network, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- English skills are a must.
