Roles and Skills: HRBP Leader 

Job Overview and Responsibility

– Collaborate in the development and implementation of a Performance Management System (PMS) across company departments, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in job evaluation to enhance employee productivity. Conduct annual employee evaluations.
– Contribute to the building, implementation, and management of talent development and retention plans within company departments, ensuring the readiness of the next generation of employees to effectively execute organisational goals. This includes key personnel, core personnel, career development programs and others.
– Provide consultation and oversight in resource planning within the company to ensure the stable operation of departments, aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term development strategy. This includes:

+ Consulting and management of organisational structure.
+ Consulting and controlling human resource planning.
+ Consulting and controlling the title ranking system (Job levelling/ Job title management)

– Participate in developing human resource plans and providing advice to departments/divisions on personnel-related matters such as recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion, concurrent work, and compliance with company culture, labour laws, and other policies.
– Receive and address departmental issues and hotspots to specialised personnel.
– Collaborate with departments to develop employee engagement policies and activities, reward policies, and handle disciplinary violations.

Required Skills and Experience

– Must have 05+ years of experience in a Leader/Manager position.
– Proficient in office computer skills with the ability to analyse data effectively.
– Experience in HRBP/Human Resource Management at multi-industry companies with over 500 employees.
– Passionate about work and extroverted with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
– Essential skills:
