Our Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for M&A / Investment Specialist position.

• Reporting to: Investment Manager
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Overview And Responsibility

• Conduct in-depth research on Vietnam’s macroeconomic environment.
• Develop investment criteria and strategies for potential sectors, sourcing suitable investment targets, and conducting comprehensive analyses.
• Oversee deal implementation, negotiations, and closure, ensuring all aspects align with the investment strategy
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and protect the interests of the company.
• Create post-investment development strategies and roadmaps for start-ups, regularly analyzing their performance to achieve profitability and objectives.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in market research, strategy analysis, investment, or project/business development for M&A projects with a solid understanding of industry practices.
• Proven capacity to analyze industry trends and anticipate their potential impacts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving results.
• Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
