Job Overview and Responsibility
● Plan and manage paid UA campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Unity Ads, and other ad networks;
● Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV; propose optimization actions based on insights;
● Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives; conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness;
● Work closely with product teams to understand game performance and align UA strategies with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience
● At least 2 years of experience in mobile performance marketing or UA for games;
● Proven track record of managing UA campaigns from soft launch to full release and throughout the entire lifecycle of a product;
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) is a must;
● Creativity in proposing new ad concepts and ability to evaluate creative performance;
● Basic knowledge of ASO including keyword strategy, metadata testing, and store asset optimization;
● Proficiency in using paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mintergral, etc.).
● Familiarity with UA KPIs: CPI, ROAS, RR, LTV, CTR, …
● Good English communication skills;
● Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about mobile games and growth marketing;
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
