The role
Ecommerce is creating a major disruption in digital marketing, and brands that adapt first and seize this opportunity will reap substantial benefits. We are looking for a Product Owner (Martech) who can drive forward our marketing ad-tech solution as a critical part of my Company overall business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing division to identify, plan and prioritize product feature development, in order to provide the leading marketing performance for top brand advertisers across South East Asia
- Define feature road-map and growth opportunities
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with VP of Product to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product components
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or ecommerce company for 3+ year(s).
- Deep understanding of Agile process and principles
- Strong ability to define complex roadmap and oversee timely and successful implementation
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details
- Experience with Jira/Confluence

Prefer if candidate have
- Experience in digital marketing automation
- Experience in e-commerce, leading a product line or delivering/managing a software project is a big plus
- Understanding of marketing ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee)
International mindset, either educated / lived overseas, or worked abroad for an international company
