With our cloud-­based doctor booking platform, user-­friendly features such as telemedicine and 24/7 chat, and home delivery of medicine and other healthcare goods, our mission is to take the stress out of healthcare.

We are looking for a QA QC Tester to ensure and maintain the quality of Company digital platforms.

MAIN TASKS

• Investigate and log incoming bugs and issues as reported by multiple teams
• Write clear reports on technical and non-­technical issues based on results
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases for major projects, maintenance, and emergency releases across platforms
• Design, write, and execute test cases, regression tests, and test scenarios
• Prepare test documentation and review with development team
• Work closely with development team to design testing strategies
• Analyze business & technical requirements and UI prototypes to create visualization tools such as flows, mind maps, and matrix

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in manual testing for web-­based and standalone applications
• Experience in test Web Services, API using manual tools like Postman, SOAPUI
• Experience writing test cases based on new feature requirements
• Experience in developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards
• Experience with cross browser, cross platform, and response testing

Prefer if candidate have

• Experience working as an Automation Tester is a plus
• 2 years of experience in manual testing for web-­based and standalone applications is highly preferred
