We’re looking for a successful Business Development Account Executive to drive growth in key existing customers:
- Ensuring relationships are maintained, managed, developed across all existing and potential customers.
- Ensuring relationships management of accounts increased sales, analysis of sales activity, and trading optimization is achieved.
- Analyzing competitor activity and suggest and assist with the construction of countermeasure strategies.
- Ensuring profitability is analyzed on a monthly basis and action taken to constantly strive to improve previous results with the application of smart business acumen.
- Establishing strategic account clients and develop penetration methods and review the progress at weekly meetings.
- Developing proposals negotiates terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or equivalent.
- At least 1.5 years of working experience as business development/sale in HR service, software publisher, or relevant industry.
- Demonstrated B2B experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network in startup or hrs.
- Be proactive, strong leadership and team management
