Job Overview And Responsibility

  • Be responsible for new customer (Enterprise focus) acquisition and driving new revenue while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple with your interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process whilst building trust and mutual respect with customers and peers.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, supporting materials with exceptional quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in Salesforce

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of solution sales experience selling SaaS applications to Enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to sell to Director level and above across both communications and other business units.
  • Ability to close large complex sales opportunities.
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on the investment value statement
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast­-paced environment.
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well independently or as a member of a team.
