​Job Overview And Responsibility

• Programming language and developing technical specification and architecture.
• Design, program, diagnose, fix and test software’s before they are handed off to QA.
• Write and maintain relevant documentation for developers, clients and users.
• Review peer code, learns from peer reviews to your own code.
• Develop and refine prototypes to confirm requirements.
• Help lead release and post release activities, such as support, versioning and maintenance.
• Collaborate heavily with our designers to create interfaces.
• A high bar for the quality of code and quality of user experience.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative and an ability to work with other technical and non-technical team members vetting designs.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience of ReactJs, UI’s, ES6, PostCSS, Webpack.
• Deep empathy with the many different types of users who use our clients UIs.
• An ability to think through customer requirements to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems.
• A passion about performance, accessibility and API design.

Soft skills:

• English: upper-Intermediate level (TOEIC > 650 or equivalent).
• Sell motivated, independent, and having high commitment.
• Teamwork: open and honest, collaborative in team productivity improvement.
• Process: experienced with agile, especially in Scrum.
• Balance discovery phases with implementation work.
• Be excellent at working both independently and in a team.
• Passion for software development, scalable architecture, and product building.
