Job Overview and Responsibility

– Propose and develop SEO strategies tailored to the company’s websites through a profound understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
– Conduct keyword research to identify terms customers use to search for the company’s products or services, optimising website content accordingly to increase visibility on search engines.
– Manage and optimise various types of content such as product information, descriptions, blog posts, videos, images and other content.
– Manage backlinks to enhance website credibility through links from reputable sources. Evaluate linking sites and devise strategies to increase link count.
– Enhance website user experience, including optimising page load speed and ensuring user-friendly design.
– Measure and analyse SEO-related metrics including traffic volume, authority, website rankings, and other indicators. Utilise data analysis to provide detailed insights and propose SEO strategy improvements.
– Remain abreast of new trends to ensure the company’s SEO strategy remains effective.
– Provide training and supervision to employees. Manage and monitor SEO specialists and content writers’ activities to ensure achieving optimisation goals.

Required Skills and Experience

– Have 08+ years of experience SEO, must have 03+ years of experience as a Senior/Leader/Manager in SEO roles within the previous company.
– Profound understanding of SEO principles and user-centric approach, staying updated with the latest SEO trends.
– Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keywordtool.
– Familiarity with Google Analytics tools, Search Console, or other similar tools.
– Strong data analytics skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of search engine optimisation methods and tools.
– Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, alongside proficient time management and planning abilities.
– Proficient English communication skills are advantageous.
