​Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Tech lead

  • Manage outsourced dev team and coordinate with Company product team.
  • Build an in-house development team within the first 12 months.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead in-house team, adding more resources where required.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our platform and broader tech direction.

2. Full-stack development

  • Manage full tech stack (React Native, Node.js, Nest, AWS).
  • Add new products, improve existing functions.
  • Manage and develop a scalable database capable of processing multiple data sources (PostgreSQL).

Main platform components

A. Mobile App:

  • Social newsfeed.
  • Rewards marketplace integrated with e-voucher providers and merchants.
  • Share Sales Campaigns with targets and bonus information.
  • Integration with clients’ POS system to show the progress of sales towards targets.
  • Management analytics.
  • Surveys module.

B. Web admin platform:

  • User management.
  • Announcements posting.
  • Sales campaigns creation.
  • Survey management.
  • Analytics.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Node.JS & React native, including building experience as a database architecture.
  • Team management experience.
  • Database architecture experience.
  • Good English communication.
  • Experience in communication in a cross-functional team.
  • High work discipline.
  • Motivated by an opportunity to build new products.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments typical for early-stage startups.
