Job Overview And Responsibility

• Identify and research potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience with game company ­- currently being BD Director at game company
• A passion for gaming, with a genuine interest in the free-­to-­play/play to earn market
• The ability to close substantial deals with a proven track record
• Focus on long term relationships rather than quick wins
• Flexibility, with multiple projects and deadlines to work to as well as international travel
• Strong negotiation skills
• A team player mentality -­ the business success is your success rather than working to an individual target
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Google Office & Microsoft Office
